]]> https://headsalon.org/archives/738.html#comment-5585 Sun, 20 May 2012 18:10:19 +0000 http://headsalon.org/archives/738.html#comment-5585 因为我觉得法官对证据的过滤不需要太严格，只需要“大致上有资格，别太离谱”就行了，毕竟采信与否还是由陪审团决定，在一个人是否头脑清醒、能表达意志这种事情上，其实普通人就有资格判断，虽然判断可靠性不如专业人士，而私人医生既然能取得当事人信任，又有机会亲近接触，我看允许证据进入程序是没问题的，但死因判断的专业性要求就高得多，把中医屏蔽在外是合理的。
