周三，美国公布的数据显示10月份消费者价格增速年率降至4年来最低值。该数据公布后，美国10年期通胀保值债券(TIPS)价格再次下跌。TIPS价格下跌的时候，收益率会攀升。

据巴克莱美国TIPS指数显示，截止11月19日，TIPS的投资者今年已经遭受了7%的损失，为1997年美国财政部推出该证券以来的最大降幅。相比之下，其它国债价格同期仅下跌1.9%。
