		<description><![CDATA[确实方便好吃，不过我还是做了点懒人改进，鸡蛋弄好后不必盛出，番茄也不用在外面切，关火直接拿刀把番茄削进锅里，这样既不必担心汁流到其他地方，而且番茄小小块的弄碎也比较省力，而且不用洗菜板和盛蛋的碗哈哈哈]]></description>
