视频那个我听说了，画面完全与美景无关，呵呵。

如果要求不高，则可以用行车记录仪来代替，淘宝有卖，一个摄像头配一个存储卡，可以不间断的录像擦除重录，配吸盘，可向交警提供证据，不过其画质就别挑剔了。

题外话：最近我在国内几个it界博客上看到关于一种电子货币bitcoin的介绍。他们都持比较赞赏的态度，并且在历数bitcoin的优势时，都强调了发行货币的央行，实际上是不能让人完全相信的，而bitcoin通过某种机制可以规避这一点。
请问辉格先生对这个bitcoin是否了解，能从经济学的角度给一些评价吗？
